AthletiCorp has a "no questions asked" 14-day returns policy on stocked retail products. This means that if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition & packaging within 14 days of the date you received the item. We will then issue a full refund or credit note for the price you paid for the item(s). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Refunds will not be issued for apparel or cleats that have been worn or washed unless it falls under our defective product policy. For "custom apparel" see the "Custom Apparel Policy."
All products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or credit with the following requirements:
1. Returned product must be accompanied by a receipt
2. Product must have its original packaging with all tags and labels
3. Product must be new and unused and fit for resale
If you would like to return a product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Returns will NOT be accepted without an RA Number.
How do I return product?
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
In the rare event that you receive transit damaged or faulty goods, we will completely refund or replace the product.
If you order the wrong size product we will exchange it for the correct size product or we will give you a credit voucher to the value of your ordered goods. If you simply do not want the product you receive, we will again give you a credit voucher to the value of your ordered goods. A refund will not be given in either of these circumstances and all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
CUSTOM APPAREL POLICY:
Customized product is not available for return, exchange, or refunds. All sales on customized product (any heat application, screen printing, embroidery, or custom ordered apparel) are final. Production error or product defects will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
HARD GOODS POLICY:
Large field equipment (ie. goal posts, post pads, rucking pads, field paint ) is not available for return, exchange, or refund. If there is a manufacturer defect, all proceedings with returns or exchanges will depend upon stated manufacturer warranty and final determination by manufacturer.
Closeout items are not available for return or refund. Closeout items may be exchanged for the same item in another size or color (if available). Shipping Costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please follow the guidelines (listed above) pertaining to our return policy.
Rugby Ink will refund shipping costs in the event that you have received a damaged product or if Rugby Ink has mistakenly dispatched the wrong product. We will not, however refund these costs when returning non-damaged items or the correctly dispatched product.
